Minds in Motion – Bostwick YMCA (Week 4 of 8)

DESCRIPTION: For the person with dementia and their care partner. The Minds in Motion program incorporates physical and mental stimulation for people with early to mid-stage Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Participants engage in an hour of seated exercises followed by an hour of social activity. This is a free program. *Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing and footwear.

*No class on Aug. 5 or Sept. 2
