Communications Specialist

Reporting to the Manager of Communications and Fund Development, the Communications Specialist will support the implementation of the annual communications plan. Role responsibilities will include website management, social media, graphic design, and writing in a variety of formats to promote the activities of the Society. The successful candidate will be a strong designer and communicator who can compassionately tell the organization’s story with good judgment, sensitivity and tact.
Fund Development Coordinator - Annual Giving

Reporting to the Manager of Communications and Fund Development, the Fund Development Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of the annual giving plan, delivery of appropriate donor recognition and stewardship activities and the writing and submission of foundation and government grants.
Volunteer Specialist

Reporting to the Manager of Volunteer Engagement, the Volunteer Specialist will recruit, screen, coordinate volunteers for programs, in-home recreation, education, events, administration, and fund development activities for the Society.
Therapeutic Recreation Facilitator (2 positions)
Closing date: Tuesday, August 16, 2022
Reporting to the Manager of Therapeutic Recreation, the successful candidate will have experience coordinating and facilitating therapeutic recreation programs. They will enjoy working with a multi-disciplinary team, can problem solve and are an enthusiastic, highly organized individual with a demonstrated ability to deliver.
