Minds in Motion® is an evidence-based program that includes physical activity, social and mind stimulating activities. The program runs once a week for 8 weeks and will occur at various locations within our region. This is a great environment to establish new friendships with others.
Each session consists of 45 minutes of seated or standing exercise, 30 minutes of social time and 45 minutes of brain games. It offers a great environment to establish new friendships with others who are living with similar experiences.
