My walk for Alzheimer’s is all too personal. This is the last photo I have with my Grandmother on her 90th Birthday. She had such a sweet soul and a way of making everyone feel special. With 10 kids and way too many grandkids to count she always made sure everyone was fed and happy, that’s when she was happiest. #Angel #Missher
